Policy
This policy explains what personal information Regent Bridge collects through www.regentbridge.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Regent Bridge ("we", "us") is registered in the British Virgin Islands and runs this website. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, and any phone number, company, job title and message you choose to include.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, so the site can be delivered and protected.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, whether the sample video is played and whether the contact form is sent. This does not include what you type into the form.
We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or any sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss outlets, segments and dates with you.
- To arrange and deliver the services you ask us for.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle personal information on our behalf:
- HubSpot, which stores contact form submissions and our correspondence with you.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Google Fonts and cdnjs, which deliver the fonts and code libraries the site uses. Your browser connects to them directly when a page loads.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which load our measurement tags and report on how the site is used.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
International transfers
Our service providers may store and process information outside the British Virgin Islands, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to manage any work we do together. After that, we delete it or keep only what we must for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including under the British Virgin Islands Data Protection Act, 2021, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, send us a message through the contact form and say it is a privacy request.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. They help us count visits and see which content is useful. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Children
This website is meant for business professionals. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
